Mike Tourigny, a welding instructor at Carpenter High School, was recently profiled in the Sask Apprenticeship. Earlier this school year Tourigny was recognized for his support of the Sask Youth Apprenticeship (SYA) program and awarded the 2017 SYA Champion Award.
