The Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Act

The Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Act came into force on February 1, 2020 in Saskatchewan. The Act prohibits vaping in schools and school grounds. Vaping refers to inhaling or exhaling vapour from a vapour product. The prohibition extends to all school property all the time, irrespective of whether or not school is in session. In addition, sale of vapour products in schools is prohibited.
