IMPORTANT DATES
April 22 & 23 High School Exams
April 26 Quad 4 begins for High School students

May 29 Graduation
May 31 PD day – no classes
Please be advised that all exterior doors will be locked between the hours of 8:55 am and 3:15 pm with the exception of the main school doors. Visitors will be required to check in with the office. We are asking parents to drop off their children at the main doors if they are arriving late. Due to COVID-19, all visitors to the school are required to fill out the QR code posted at the main entrance before entering the school.
The School Newsletter will be published monthly and will be posted on the NCS website.
Requirement for Masks in School – Effective Friday, November 27, 2020
All Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 Students, Staff and Visitors MUST wear a mask at all times, except while eating or drinking.

Due to severe allergies amongst the students at NCS, the school requires that everyone avoid bringing any items with nut products, eggs that have not been baked into an item or animals to the school. Our students' health depends on your co-operation. Thank you.
KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATIONS
Parents of children who will be 5 years of age on or before December 31, 2021, should have received registration forms in the mail. If you have received them or know of someone who should be registered, please call the school office at 306-823-4313. The form can also be downloaded from the NWSD.ca website under:

Please return the completed registration forms to the school by April 16, 2021. Orientation will be held in the fall before school starts.
K-6 PHYS. ED CLASS – Mrs. Perkins
Classes will be held outside for the remainder of the school year, weather permitting. Please make sure that your child is dressed appropriately and have proper footwear. Activities will include track & field and golf.
Final Exam Schedule – April 22 & 23, 2021
Grade 7–9 students will have regular classes throughout the exam period.
Exams will take place in the regular classroom of the course.
The school encourages Grade 10 – 12 students to study at home in the afternoons to prepare for their next exam.

ATTENTION ALL VISITORS AND STAFF
We are finding that many visitors (including parents) are ignoring protocols that include completing Visitor Contact Forms and sanitizing hands when visiting the school. All visitors are required to complete a form (on paper or online), sanitize hands and wear a mask when visiting the school for any reason and for any amount of time. The form can be found by scanning the QR Code found on the door at the main entrance. Thank you for your cooperation.
STUDENT ABSENCES Parents please notify the school if your child is going to be absent. Parents will receive a phone call for any unexcused absences. Please call or email the school for all absences. Email:
