St. Walburg School Three Way Conferences (Student/Parent/Teacher) are scheduled for:

Gr. 1 interviews are occurring at a different date.

Gr. 2-12:

Wednesday, Apr. 18^th 4:30-7:00pm

Thursday, Apr. 19^th 4:00-6:30pm

Kindergarten & PreKindergarten:

Wednesday, Apr. 18^th 4:30-7:00pm

Please note:

• Grade 2 – all conferences will be booked under Kristy Nasby but both Kristy and Erin Gordon will be at the conference.

We are going to take advantage of the convenience of booking online. 

Booking Process:

The entire process is fast and simple…

Step 1 – Go to http://www.schoolinterviews.ca  or simply "Google" School Interviews" or go to the school website

Step 2 – Enter the event code ytwxp in the green event code box under "Parents"

Step 3 – Enter your full name and your e-mail in the spaces provided and press "Go"

Step 4 – Enter the name of the student(s) you wish to book for

Step 5 – Choose your child's teacher as the teacher and the subject you are looking to book for

Step 6 – Choose your time

Step 7 – Check your email for confirmation of your date and time

If you don't have access to a computer or the internet, please call the school and we will book for you, or if you wish you could access the booking system by coming to the school.

Online booking will close on Monday, April 9^th. If you have not booked online by this deadline we will schedule you in for an appointment. A completed schedule will be sent home on Monday, April 16^th.
