Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

There are many services available to students and families in our area. 

Counselling services are available to students through the school division. Students can be referred to counselling by a parent, school staff member or by a self-referral. Contact the school administration or the Wellness Coordinator for information about counselling.

In addition to school services, there are many other crisis supports available to our families:
