The Northwest Virtual School offers full time programming for Kindergarten to Grade 12 students.
Teachers connect with students in a virtual environment, using tools like Microsoft Teams and OpenLMS to provide synchronous and asychronous learning opportunities.

Families wishing to enroll their Kindergarten to Grade 9 student in Virtual School should complete the standard NWSD Registration Form and contact the Virtual School administration at 306-387-1200 or virtual.learning@nwsd.ca.

Grade 10 to 12 students enrolling in full time programming will also need choose their courses and submit the Course Selection form, found on the High School Course Offerings page.

High School students throughout NWSD may also take courses from the Virtual School to supplement the course offerings at their home/community school.
The Virtual School is able to offer courses and a variety of electives that may not be available at some of our K-12 or smaller high schools.

Check out our Course Offerings page to see the full list of courses available to high school students across the division for the 2021-2022 school year.
