Meadow Lake In Town Bus Request Form
ALL in town Meadow Lake riders require a bus pass. Meadow Lake In-Town Bus Request forms must be sent to the Transportation Department to be approved to receive a bus pass from the school. Bus passes will be sent to the school and handed out to riders. In-town Meadow Lake Busing is available to Gr K to Grade 9. Grades 10-12 do not qualify for in-town Meadow Lake busing.
